I gave a 2 because my daughter was squeezed in because she couldn't bite down on 1 side of her mouth. The doctor that saw her wasn't helpful at all. My child was referred over to a children's dentist and I wasn't given enough information to make her appointment with the referral doctor. I had to call them back to have the xray and tooth # emailed to the doctor. I am shocked that my child received minimal service. Bright Now was not helpful and I'm bummed about it.

Bright now dental in Oakland is The most incompetent atrocious dental office Ive ever been to in my life the doctor didnt know how to tighten up a partial the receptionist was having me fill out a necessary paperwork that I filled out before and now I remember why I stopped going to them because of their incompetence now I see the doctor so stupid to know Ill never go back there not to the one in Oakland. The ladys at front desk were really nice , but the people in the back were rushing & I felt had no idea of what they were talking about. & they need to wash the smocks very dirty looking not white but brownish.
