Yesterday was a unique circumstance as our General Manager had a home emergency and was unable to come into the store and office, but that does not excuse the behavior that occurred. We are dealing with this unprofessional behavior internally to ensure it does not happen again. They closed 15 minutes early and I drove 45 minutes just to grab what I needed after my appointment. They even turned the lights off when I knocked on the door and hid in the back.
Good Morning Tony. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our store. After talking with our sales team we wanted to address your comment. It seems that you called our store to inquire if we had any 3" tablets. We do have these tablets, but our supply is very limited. As most know, there is currently a chlorine shortage going on in the US. To better serve all of our customers Aqua Pools has enacted a (1) 25lb bucket of tab limit per household. This rule is posted on our front door and throughout our store. This rule will allow our supply to travel to more people and help more of our customers keep their pools clean. When you called, our sales team noticed that your number is in our system. Upon a search we noticed that you had already purchased 2 buckets of tabs since we put this rule into place. It appears that you came in earlier in the day and purchased a bucket from one of our sales associates and then came back later in the day after she had left and purchased another bucket but used your full name instead of just Tony. When you called, we asked you if you had already been in the store you said No, but your phone number matched our records of the two sales. We thank you for your business and hope to see you again as long as you can follow the rules we enacted to better serve everyone.
