A week later the engine needs to be replaced, WOW!!!!!!. Clearly they do not check/inspect those vehicles and they don't care about their quality. I bought a used certified HRV 2019 and a week later the car was taken to service, a week after the engine has to be replaced. Now I'm out of work for 2 weeks paying insurance for a rental car that cannot be used for my regular business. The service and the quality have been the worst from sales to the service department. A case was opened with American Honda to see if they help to return this defective vehicle. Let's see what happens tomorrow with this Honda dealership, American Honda, and a 57 years old hardworking woman!!!!! Amazing.

I received a letter from Honda informing me of a manufacturing defect in the paint of my car, so I took it to this dealer to solve the problem, they supposedly took some photos of it and told me that they would notify me once the whole case is processed... A month later I still had no answers so I went back to the dealer only to be told that they had to start the whole process and that if they approved it I would have to wait up to two weeks (of course without my car) and rent for all that time out of my pocket until they finish the repair, terrible service don't waste your time in this place, it ruins Honda's reputation, if you are in a similar situation go to another Honda dealer or do yourself a favor and just pay for the repair elsewhere.

I have had the worst new car experience. I bought a new car in December and have had 2 temp plates so far. I understand everything is delayed but no one calls to let me know my tag is ready. I live out of Miami and needed to get my tag mailed out to me like the prior paper tags. I called early enough to mail it so I could get it before my temp tag expires. So far I have been waiting over a week for my tag and my temp tag has been expired for 5 days and my car is just parked in the driveway. Ive called multiple times for a tracking number and just keep getting transferred to multiple people with no answers. This has been the most frustrating new car purchase experience. They are quick to ask for 5 star reviews at purchase but do not care about the service afterward.
