My first encounter with them I ordered product labels and they changed the size and lay out of the label without explanation. However once completed the labels did look very nice so I stuck with them. A few months later, I ordered a banner. they printed the wrong logo on the banner so it had to be redone and I did not have it for the first day of an event In which I was participating . More recently when I reordered product labels for my small business, they didn't get the quantity correct. When I discovered my most recent order was 324 labels short I was told it's because I order my labels differently than other customers (so it's my fault?) Even though they confirmed the final quantity with me in writing via email one day prior to pickup.
