What a great time! I took my three kids (18,15 and 12) to surf with Brett. He was very easy going and very knowledgeable. The break we surfed was the perfect set up for learning. It was gentle but powerful enough to get good long rides. Brett had all three of my kids up and riding on their first wave, unbelievable. They had a total blast. If you want to surf in Maui, go with Brett!! Five stars all the way.

Brett was awesome! My girlfriend and I took a lesson together. I was worried I wouldn't get up on the board or my girlfriend might get frustrated but Brett got us both up in no time. No pressure, just super easy to follow instructions delivered with good vibes and good humour. Communication was awesome the night before our lesson telling us exactly where to be and when to be there. Surfing had been on my to do list for way too long and this couldn't have been a better experience. Now I just wanna go again!

I had a private 2 hour surf lesson with Brett and it was amazing! He took us to a great spot which wasnt as crowded as many of the surf spots I passed along the way to the meeting spot. He was very personable and easy to communicate with. It was my second lesson so I already understood the basics but we went over everything again before getting in the water. He was very patient and seemed to have an answer to any question I asked which was super helpful! He was very encouraging and that led to a very successful lesson! I was amazed at how well I did for only my second lesson. I was able to ride at least 10 waves with great success! Would recommend him to anyone interested in a lesson while in Maui!
