The sweater I bought seems to be oddly tailored, with the sleeves way too short. Either this item has some serious design flaws or their production quality is poor and no one notices when they produce sweaters with way too short arm length...

Very disappointed! Placed an order on Saturday evening and payed $25 for express 2 day delivery. Still have not received it and no status on shipment. Not a reliable company and will not order from them again. There is no phone number and emails have gone unanswered.

Do NOT Order from this company. Their customer service is awful. I ordered a major gift weeks before Christmas. Their web site says it is will ship is 3-5 business days and I am located in NYC. Their warehouse is in NJ! 12 days later the gift had not shipped, they had not notified and everything was supposedly in stock. To make matters worse, they say the order cannot be changed or canceled or returned. This has to be one of the worst cases of customer service I have run into with any on-line brand. STAY AWAY!

I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered something online a week ago, and to date it has not shipped. I expect I will not receive it for Christmas. I called their Manhattan store, and was advised by their own staff that they were unable to give any updates or tracking information on my ordered item. Further they advised that I was unable to purchase the item at the store at the sale price that I got online! Now I have to hunt for a new Christmas gift less than a week before Christmas. I emailed their customer service department, over 48 hours ago, and to date I have still not received a response. I contacted them on Social Media and also no response. The only telephone number you can find online is the number for their Soho store. While I was attended by a friendly and responsive sales associate, she assured me that there was nothing she could do for me. Mind you she also told me it was only her second day working in the store and that her manager was out! I suspect this company will not exist for much longer. Good JOB pompous and overpriced NAADAM.

I seriously spent some serious cash here for presents this year. I had some issues with customer service (just ignoring the problems and having a robot or non attentive customer service agent respond) and asked to speak with a manager. Its now 4 days later and no word from anyone, especially not a manager. I have asked three times now. The cashmere is not worth the appalling customer service. It does not matter how much you spend here, you will not be treated like you should. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.
