This is not a review of their place of employment but of their customer service and their deceitful practices with regards of their attempts to rip off their customers. I signed up with them back in October of 2018 and paid for their 1 year membership of their Real Estate electronic document signing services. Everything was fine until March 2019 when I started seeing notifications for payment when I had already paid for the full year. The account got suspended and I contacted Docusign support twice to get the matter resolved only to have the resolution reversed days later. On the third call to support the person I spoke with decided to screw me on the phone by denying the refund for the money that was already paid. Long story short I decided to open a new account in April and paid for a full year again only to have the company take my money and suspend my account again. I have proof of the payments and they refuse to refund all of my money. They are only willing to refund part of the money thats rightfully due. What Docusign likes to go is accept your payment for their services on their system then attempt to bill you again for the same service you paid for a few weeks later. They also willing to go as far as to change their billing information on their end to say that you did not pay them. Deceitful and absolutely disgusting business practices and support who are complicit in the scam. I went and opened up a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to discover that Im not the only one to complain about them. If you are considering them for document eSignature solution I would stop and look elsewhere as there are other good competing companies before talking to Docusign. The service itself is great but their business practices and support are no good!!! This is not slander its the truth in which I have proof!!!

One star is WAY TOO GENEROUS for this terrible costumer service. They have been stealing money by claiming we have more active users than we actually do. For the past 5 YEARS we have been charged for extra users and now when i bring it to their attention they must "Investigate" for over 3 weeks while not updating my billing and leaving my account suspended. I've spoken to countless worthless employees and then finally to a supervisor who just spoke over me the entire time i tried voicing my situation. I have never in my life been so disappointed with an entire company before. I would NEVERRR recommend this to ANY OTHER BUSINESS ever!
