There offering free CNA training and most cases students complete the tranining that's held at a off campus vocational training, after there certification they go through orientation at the actual facility and majory or all usually quite after three days working the faculty that's how bad the staffing issues are at brighten place spring vally. So if your thinking about becoming a CNA apply and get free training and then look for employment els where asap

Please do not bring your loved one here!!! Scabies, lice, COVID + and a 5"x5" severe yeast rash, and then they lost all my Mom's clothing, all in a 2 month period!!! This is what happened to my Mom from 2/22-5/22 and then we were finally able to take her out of there! Now, we are in the legal stages of ensuring this neglect and abuse does not happen to any other resident at Bella Vista EVER and to hold accountable all involved parties.

Not even a 1 star. When the medi-medi runs out, be watchful, as your loved one will be subjected to: 1. Catching all kinds of things like scabies, lice, and yeast infections which were never caught by the disappearing doctor or the staff responsible for her bathing and care at the facility. 2. Neglecting important needed elderly care services 3. Shave their head when permission was denied by one of the DPOA's due to lice 4. Left in filth because of lower level of care due to retaliation by Administrative Staff Members of high rank including the traveling, very highly paid, and affiliated with numerous SNF's and hospitals in San Diego County, Doctor. & the on-site Social Worker. The Dr. and Social Worker Nina should be ashamed of themselves for the neglect and abuse my mother was subjected to when lower level care was implemented here. Stolen clothes and phone as well to add insult to the retalitory actions of this SNF (facade) Do NOT have your loved one go here..

At first I was upset for being here but as days went by and got to know the staff they're very awesome thanks for all your support that you guys are still giving me I really appreciate all you and hopefully I won't be here long but even if I am you guys are helping me little by little understand more and making mine welcome here fun thanks to the positions thank you physical therapy thank you CNA No I understand I have to be here throughout my own bet till it gets better in heels so I can be able to go home safe and sound to my family that's waiting for me also thanks to my family that come visit me whenever they can even though it's hard for them thank you for this facility and staff and my parents Atentamente Lorena Berumen

Taking care of us!! One of the best nursing homes in California, I've been in like 4 nursing homes and this is the best it's so hard to pin one staff when everyone is so awesome, I don't feel like a patient here, I feel needed, If I've a problem, some of the nurses step up and make me us feel better,
