I came in on a Tuesday and ordered six hats with my company logo just like I have for the last seven years. She told me the wait was the standard two weeks which I told her wasn't going to work for me so she said she could have them done by Friday. It's been a month and I'm still waiting. I was told there was a problem getting the hats I wanted so I ordered different ones (ones she texted me pictures of and told me she could get). I called at the three week mark and was told they were only able to get two of the six. I can't believe I'm still waiting after all this time.

Ordered face masks and t-shirts as part of the Mountain Strong fundraiser. I was initially sent wrong sizes and quantity of my shirts, but I called them up and they very quickly took care of fixing my order. I was shocked by how quickly my missing items were sent out to me! Thank you for having such a wonderful fundraiser to help the mountain community!!

M & M was a delight to work with! Their customer service is prompt and polite, they were able to provide us with a sample of the logo before moving forward and they were able to finish our order so much faster than I anticipated! I work in a medical office and we ordered scrubs from a retailer that is not affiliated with M&M. We had about 200 tops that were separated and bagged by the retailer with the employee's name on each bag. I had never used M&M before and was worried that they may not be willing to keep them organized during their embroidery process. I had no reason to worry because they took the time to re-bag everything perfectly! I appreciate that they went above and beyond what they are expected to do and I would recommend them to anyone.
