Have ordered from them a few times. They have reasonable prices when compared to dealers here and for the most part have helpful people. Half of the orders I have made have either come with incorrect parts or missing items. Recently they sent me an incorrect part and have been trying correct the issue, but have sided with the factory even when I have shown them pictures and copies of factory parts books to show them I am correct. It's very disappointing and discouraging, however there is really no one else to deal with for certain automotive makes.

I am from USA and have bought parts from them for my maserati Ghibli S Q4. First order was a serpentine belt . 2nd order was intake manifold gaskets and an alternator belt. Shipping was extremely fast. In fact , it was faster than dealers in USA shipping them domestically which sounds ridiculous. Their parts catalog is easily accessible and the inventory is impressive.
