(update below) I've been going here for a few years now and while the services itself seem to be good, the administration side is not. I had to call 4 times to schedule an appointment for my wisdom tooth removal. I was not called back multiple times when they said they would over a of 3 months. After my removal they gave little to no post op information--I had to go out of my way to ask multiple staff members questions as I was ushered out to pay (double the amount of the quote they sent me). It is a shame because it's a beautiful and welcoming office with nice staff but I've given them the benefit of the doubt for too long. UPDATE: Dr. Brian (owner) personally contacted me to remedy the issue. According to his knowledge, the surgeon that removed my tooth was out-of-network and hence the high cost. I let him know that said surgeon was in fact IN-network and that I would never have agreed to the procedure otherwise. He ended up agreeing that I should only be charged for the original quote and would be refunded as soon as possible. I received my refund about a month later.
The dentist is notoriously a place that people fear. For that reason, bedside manner is extremely important. The way you deliver information, how delicate or abrasive you are when discussing issues, it all matters, and every single patient deserves compassionate care. Unfortunately during my visit I felt more like a dollar sign than a patient. Everyone was super nice and I will not directly call out any individual, but the way I was treated by the dentist kinda felt like I was at a used car lot. I wasnt given a chance to process the information or given time to make a decision that was best for me before getting presented with a 6k treatment plan. It felt very money-driven. This place has glowing reviews, and Im sure there is exceptional talent at this office, it just wasnt my experience that my best interests were a factor. Based on the reviews, perhaps my experience would have been better with one of Bella Vitas other dentists. The office was clean, and the staff was kind and professional. But if you dont feel right about what is being said, and things feel a little over-the-top, advocate for yourself and get a second opinion. I have since cooled off from my visit but it was a bit too aggressive for my taste.

Went in for a chipped tooth, only took half a hour to fix. A hour and half total with xrays. Staff worked with me for pricing because it really needed to be fixed.
I previously rated this place 5 stars because the dentist here was very helpful and thoughtful. Now that I've seen how this practice is quick to overcharge by hundreds of dollars, yet reluctant to refund fraudulent charges even after submitting insurance claims... I have to recommend going somewhere else. Good dentist does not make up for bad financial practices.
