This is a nightmare!!! I DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO LIVE. Please look for somewhere else but any properties that is under Venture Communities management.

I have been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks to set up a showing for an apartment for my mother in law. We have both called and left voicemails multiple times and sent several emails. We have not received any follow up from anyone. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

I havent even moved here yet i was looking forward to it but nobody gets back with me. i was contacted for extra info. i sent it & never got a response. i tried calling. never got an answer. atp im frustrated because i sent all my info & a payment for application just to not be communicated with.

Throwing a current tenant who pays for a storage unit on premises countless irreplaceable memories, keepsakes and property then proceed to block the calls. LAWSUIT. This place is a joke and no one should rent from here.

I don't see you listed in our system, and typically any prospective resident who reaches out is automaticaly added to our CRM. I am worried you may be calling or emailing a different company, as our leasing agents and managers are online all day, every day. A couple of our properties do allow Section 8 vouchers, and we'd be happy to chat with you about it. I have been calling this company for weeks. Leaving voicemails and sending emails. No one ever answer or returns my calls. I havent received a return email. Im getting frustrated because I am a potential tenant. All I want is some information on your properties. I would like to know if you rent to section 8 voucher holders. If so what properties accept it? Hopefully this review will get me some answer.
