I am sorry you had a bad experience! We are adjusting our business due to Covid, and do have it listed on our website and posted on our front door, to please call in orders to minimize contact and keep our employees safe. We worked very hard to provide the best service we can and again, I am sorry.
Sour attitude and not willing to help. I had good luck with this business in the past. However today, I was reprimanded for not calling in my order in advance. Then the person at the front desk was complaining about her mask, was rude to me, and was yelling at other employees in the back about answering the phone. And as I tried to describe the pieces I needed, she handed me a note pad and told me to write it down. I was hoping for more helpful temperament and a little assistance with my order. Turns out the person at the front desk was the president (Debbie). I wont be returning.
I am so sorry about your experience at Metal Shorts! I have called and emailed to try and make this right. Please touch base when you can. We have been around for 36 years and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Again, my apologies and please call me.
Up front staff this morning seem lost and could not figure out where my order was and had an attitude. I know it wasnt just me because my finance noticed she had an attitude and another customer noticed as well. The guys in the back were awesome and that was it. Went to metal supermarket in Kent half the cost and amazing customer service.
