Great until you have a problem. Been a happy online customer for years but recently had a package arrive with a small item missing. Customer support looked into it but basically came back suggesting that I was lying and that my only route forward was to go to the police (i.e. my problem, not theirs). The value of the item is tiny - around 30 - so taking that to the police is ridiculous. Not going to shop with a company who treats honest customers like this. I've already sent back my entire last order so they've lost more than the value of the item in that package alone. All very pointless and a really dumb way to lose a customer who spends plenty with them every year.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Their courier leaves my delivery on the doorstep unattended and they basically wash their hands of it and say if the courier says it's delivered then that's it. There's a photograph taken by the courier showing the parcel left at a closed door. Don't trust them.

I've read a few bad reviews regarding the delivery/return process and how long it takes. I can only provide a review on my own experience and from all the orders I've placed with End (and there's been quite a few), the order has arrived the following day with DPD (who are probably the best courier about). Even with returns, when I send the unwanted items back, the time taken to processed this and refund my money back has been as equally quick. In terms of customer service, I'd say End are definitely up there as one of the best, if not the best., I've dealt with. Even better they're a company establish in Newcastle up Tyne as well.
