Things started out great with fast shipping of the samples but that is where it stopped. It is impossible to get a price when supplying them with exactly the pieces you want. They want you to work with a designer which takes days to get an appointment with then you have to wait days for the plans to be put together. I don't understand why they are making you go through the design process when it is already known exactly what is needed and formal design plans are not needed. I have worked with other cabinet companies where the process was much smoother. I would not recommend this company to someone who is a pro or knows exactly what they want. They might be great for someone who needs assistance designing and putting their kitchen together. Update: The owner Taja reached out to me regrading the issues I had with the order process. She was very caring about the process not working for a potential customer. She is working to implement a new process to make it easier for customers to place orders. She cares about her customers and goes beyond what I would expect from any business. I would highly recommend Mod Cabinetry.

I read reviews. I make informed choices. I rarely author a review. Mod exceeded my expectations at every level. My designer, Lauren, was creative and detailed. My cabinets are functional and beautiful. I was nervous to do such a big ticket project online. Everything went smooth. Unboxing the cabinets was an exciting day. They are sharp, high-quality products. I could write more, but you should have your own experience with Mod, get your own cabinets, and feel the goodness of working in a kitchen you love.

This company effectively drop ships cabinets from Lioher and parts from a myriad of suppliers. We received the wrong cabinets, damaged cabinets, missing parts, wrong hardware for the parts sent, installation instructions that didnt match the hardware sent The process to have a finished kitchen has dragged on and on for months.

I love the quality of these cabinets, how they open and close smoothly. Their finish speaks quality building processes and materials. Mod also helped me design the kitchen and suggested insert upgrades. The kitchen feels amazing. I liked it so much that I'm remodeling a second kitchen with Mod.

Hello, I am sorry that you are unhappy about our design plans. We do charge a very low fee to have Master Designers with 10+ years experience work for you, and the good news is that the fee is rebated back to you. We have cabinetry specialist who are on hand and offer free consultations 5 days a week. Many of them have cabinetry design experience and can offer a lot of tips in advance of working on your design. When you are ready to have us do layout then we do charge a design fee. Mod Cabinetry's cabinets are manufactured by Executive Cabinetry in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Looks like nice stuff, but never got around to ordering from them because I couldn't talk to a designer unless I paid a design fee of $299.
