Hello Angela, we have reviewed your comments about our community and are concerned because we do not have you on record as a family member of one of our residents. Additionally, the allegations you state in your review do not match our records for any of our current residents. We do not have any incidents recorded where we didnt properly notify the physician or the family with appropriate communication. We can also assure that we have not been neglectful in providing services, including showers, to our residents. For your edification, a recent survey found the community to be in full compliance with state regulations. Is it possible you may be reviewing our community in error? We would appreciate it if you would please contact the community Executive Director directly so we can resolve any potential confusion.

Not too sure I am impressed with this place. I have a relative there and they have fallen 4 times. The Dr. was not notifies all four times nor did our family receive phone call on the incontinent until days later. The also have been neglectful in giving showers to the residents. I know sometimes residents can refuse. I also know that there are many ways to encourage residents to receive their showers. I'm not impressed.
Im looking for an assisted living facility for my mother so I called The Enclave in Anthem to request information as my mother lives in Anthem. I spoke to Dan the Sales Director on Thursday. He was very pleasant and told me they did have availability. We scheduled a tour on Saturday at 10:30 am and he said he would email me information. I never received the information but my husband and I showed up promptly at 10:30 for the tour. Another couple came in after us for a tour as well. After we waited approximately 5 minutes, Dan came out and whispered to us that the other couple was scheduled for 10 am but was late. He then asked us to wait 30 to 40 minutes so he could give them the tour first. I found this very unprofessional and it did not give me a good feeling for further dealings with this facility. The lobby looked lovely but Im more concerned with the people who I would be entrusting with the care of my mother.

We were looking for an assisted living for my husband primarily and for myself also and we LPstopped in to check out the facility. Monica came out to help us and was extremely gracious and accommodating. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff but Monica made the decision a lot easier for us!! She is very professional and made us feel at home with her warmth and caring spirit. The Enclave at Anthem is now our home and Monica was instrumental in making that a reality.
