if I could rate them a one star i would. the registration process is clumsy at best, i had to go through it twice. ergo, they charged my credit card twice and i am trying to get a refund - i only took the class once. they claim they are there 24/7, but the phone hangs up automatically when you call and their live chat will not respond to messages you send. avoid like the plague. Wasn't clear that the driving record would be sent a whole week later. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times and would be put to voice mail, and no call back once I left a message, or just completely hung up on. Definitely would recommend another site to get defensive driving and/or driving record!

Hello, the videos are set to automatically start when the page is loaded. If you were on an apple device and there is a system setting that disables this function. The setting can be changed. Sometimes a browser can be set to disable autoplay . Sorry for the inconvenience, Steven

Good Class. My only issue was the timing at the top of the screen was always 2-3 seconds ahead of the time for the video. It was the time it took for me to click on the play button.

This site was very cooperative and continued exactly where i left off and i did not have to do any lessons over. The end quiz was straight forward as well, everything is discussed during the course.
