I am a yearly member & have been for 4 yrs now. We love going, but was very upset seeing how people can be so rude to the animals. Called & spoke to someone to complain & we were told that if we ever see this again to call the main number & they'll have security get to that asap! Please be kind, they are there for us to learn & enjoy!

We love the San Francisco Zoo. I love how open everything is and it allows my kids to run wild and get tired, which is the ultimate goal. Friendly staff and the playgrounds are a kids dream

Came two weeks ago . Was very disappointed. Most of the animals we wanted to see were asleep and there was alot of construction going on . Probably would not come again . I did enjoy the Peacock wandering around
