I purchased a 2022 Tiguan at New Motors recently and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I had recently been in an accident, totaling my car, and was in need of a new car quickly. Having struck out at other dealers, including another VW dealer, I went online at New Motors and priced out a Tiguan. Not only was the quote easy to obtain, but they also followed up within minutes of my submission. I called the next day to see if they had the car I had run the quote on still available and unfortunately it was not. But they let me know what color/trim level they did have. They quickly ran those numbers for me. I asked how soon I could come up to buy and I was at the dealership within 30 minutes. Upon arriving there, they had pulled the car up front and it was ready for me to test a test drive. It was then that I met Kevin Yaros. He was super easy to interact with and was very understanding of my situation. He was very knowledgeable about VWs, sharing stories of his own travels and uses of his own vehicles. Never owning a VW before, this was very helpful in my decision making process. Kevin was quick to get all the paperwork completed and had me sent over to the financing department to sign everything else. By the end of the process, I felt like Kevin and I were old friends. Overall, this was one of the quickest and easiest car buying transactions I have ever had and they had the right car at the right price at the right time for me. If you're looking for a VW, Kevin is your guy!
