I had a bridal dress appointment at Emma and Grace, and it just didnt do it for me. The lighting in the store was very low, making it hard to see the details of the dress. The overall excitement and zeal for my appointment was at an all time low. The store representative I had assigned to me was very nice and willing to help, but I just couldnt help feeling like I was the last appointment of the day. I definitely didnt have a bad experience here, it just wasnt that noteworthy in a positive way either.

Went here with my sister who is the bride. Beautiful place but not a beautiful staff. My sisters consultant was nice but not involved and acted like she didnt want to be there. She didnt ask anything about anything. She didnt fix the train for dresses and I had to put a veil on my sister. The consultant kept leaving, didnt listen to my sister when she asked about a dress on the rack. Didnt pull different styles or anything. This place sucked. There was nothing excited. I am treated better at Davids bridal as a bridesmaid, than my sister was treated here as a bride.

Bought my beautiful Zavana Couture wedding dress at this bridal studio in the summer of 2020 (peak pandemic) and could not be happier with their dress selection, service, and studio. I went to several other Denver bridal boutiques and didn't find anything that connected with me at a reasonable price. The staff at Emma/Grace were incredibly helpful, patient, and excited for my wedding. I tried on so many dresses over multiple visits with my friends tagging along until I finally saw the dress that won me over. I was going to buy another one and saw it last minute, and they totally indulged me and had me try it on - I was sold then! I was able to split up the payment and the dress came in the timeline they said it would (and even rushed it), even though it was in the middle of the pandemic and coming from Australia. The boutique itself was super cute, with tons of bridal, bridesmaids, and ring-bearer accessories and clothes, and many other cute things (I bought a daily agenda there that became my favorite). They were also very professional with pandemic rules - I felt safe there. They're also in RiNo so there's tons of places to hang out before and after if you have company with you. Highly recommend them!!

Had the most wonderful bridal experience, Im a wedding photographer here in Colorado & I recommend this boutique to all of my brides!
First off, I would like to say, I loved the design of my dress, which is why I didn't give 1-star. The low star rating is due to poor quality of the craftsmanship of the dress and the terrible alterations. My dress was ready for my first fitting at the end of January, 2019. After my first alterations, the completely incorrect bustle was added. It was filled out correctly by the person in charge of the dress fitting, but a different bustle was added by the alterations person. Three buttons were added to the back of the dress and they were completely visible, causing damage from the stictching. When my dress was ready for pick up, the edge of the cup that was sewn into the dress was visible. We had noticed this mistake at the last fitting, yet it was still not fixed. When it was pointed out to the clerk, they acted as though they couldn't see it. Lastly, a button in the back of the dress came off right before the ceremony and the rest of the buttons continued to unbutton throughout the day. Never in my life, would I expect such poor quality after spending nearly 4k after alterations. I am planning wear the dress a second time because my ceremony was an elopement and I will need find a seamstress to fix your poor quality craftsmanship. I absolutely loved the design of the dress, but knowing what I know now of your shop and quality, I would look for similar designer elsewhere.
