On an ankle with unknown injuries, because screw me I guess. Expect this treatment for your employees if you deal with these people.

I had questions about my hospital bill. I had a charge I wanted to dispute and the hospital came back saying it was an "appropriate charge" but wouldn't explain why. I talked to 3 different people. Then, I called Cigna to see if they could help me with the dispute. I talked to Crystal, and she helped me understand why the charge was there and why it was appropriate in a way that didn't leave me upset at all! She was very personable and very helpful. I will personally ask for her next time I need to call Cigna for any reason.
