Hello, I would like to respond to your experience in the hopes you will understand why we had to contact you multiple times. You scheduled an online appointment on 03/29 for 04/03, a week and a half later on a Saturday. We sent an email to you the same day to request your insurance information so we could verify whether we are in network with your plan. Saturday appointment spots are the most highly requested and fill up quickly, so it is our practice to gather the insurance and confirm the appointments as soon as possible. We did attempt to contact you by phone on 04/04 and 04/05, but we were unable to leave a voicemail. That is the only reason we called multiple times, since we did not receive a response by email and your voice mailbox was full. We did try one more time later in the day on 04/05, just in case you would pick up the phone, which you did. This was our last attempt to hold your Saturday appointment spot after multiple failed tries to get a hold of you.

I would write a review of my actual appointment but I didn't even make it to the scheduled appointment because I kept receiving phone calls from them requesting my insurance. I understand this being a requirement, but I received SIX PHONE CALLS. I told them I would call back when I was able to, and they just kept calling. The receptionist who was spamming my phone was also incredibly rude and kept demanding I provide my insurance before my appointment, which was scheduled 4-5 days away. This is wildly unprofessional, I understand they just want my money, but at least be more tactful about it instead of harassing me. Needless to say I have cancelled my appointment.
Professionalism is key in any business and I give it to Dr Farooque, shes got it!!!!!!!! Her expertise and knowledge in the field is impeccable, precise, polite and accurate. Excellent staffs, they were so very helpful, nice and happy to answer any question......Great service!!! I would gladly recommend Dr Farooque to everyone and anyone Totally worth the drive from Sugarland to Tomball.
