I ordered the wrong size on my hoodie and I emailed TAX 3 support team on Sunday night if they could give the size i wanted. I woke up on Monday with an email saying that they will see what they can do. On Tuesday morning I woke up with an email saying that they have changed the size for me and the item came one hour later. In all the delivery was amazing the customer support was amazing and the quality was amazing.
Ordered a tracksuit to find loose threading on the hoodie, so i messaged them on instagram regarding the fault. They demanded proof of tags still attached, with photos and a ordered number which i provided. Then i heard nothing else.
