This is the second time I have taken our Honda Odyssey (which was originally bought from Carmax) to get serviced at Schofield. The very first time we went there was to complete something that was on the recall list. This particular service was to replace our SiriusXM antenna, something that was first quoted and estimated to cost $1,500 to fix! However, the next day they called and said they were able to do the job for under $1,000...they could have easily charged me the original $1,500 and I wouldn't have known the difference, but they (without any pressure from me) explored other ways to get the job done and save me money. I appreciated that so much. It has been over 10 years since I purchased a car from a dealership of any kind (other than Carmax, but I don't consider them a dealership) and because of how Schofield has treated me, I will most likely return to them to purchase our next vehicle. I recommend them to anyone! They are easy to work with, friendly, their facility is beautiful and they are quick at what they do! Thank you Schofield Honda! Matt Fischer

They fixed our AC 5 years agowe have brought it in 3 of last 4 years because it wasnt working during the summer. They told us they dont know why but want us to keep paying $200 a year to charge the system. Very disappointed in our experience. People are nice. Edit: Surprised the GM didnt make a 2 min call to the service group to identify me if there was a legitimate concern to help out. I wasnt aware that AC re-repairs were such a frequent situation that it would be difficult to identify the customer. At the request of the GM, I contacted their Director of Fixed Operations. I believe he was OOO, but did pass the message to their service lead. I only mentioned I had brought car in for AC issue that they werent able to identify and he knew right away who I was (PShe was also the lead guy helping us while the car was in.again a quick call would have easily identified me). He apologized and offered to look at it again but I told him I took it to MYERS AUTO and they were already fixing it. He offered next time that they would provide a rental car instead of leaving us without a car for 4 days (which understandably wasnt intended). Again the people were respectful and worked the we dont want to just change things that we dont think are broken mentality. But again, I had my car to them 4 out of 5 summers and they still couldnt get it working, just costing us $200 each summer to charge the system. Not sure how well MYERS AUTO will do, but they seem great so far!

Our 2004 Chevy Silverado needed a significant amount of work so I brought it into Scholfield Honda and let them do the work. They did a fantastic job. My husband said it runs, drives and brakes like a new truck. He is so thrilled we brought it to Scholfield Honda. We are hooked on Scholfield Honda's stellar work and spectacular service!
