Right now I am rating a 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I won't go into details. Leith still has a chance to correct the problem involving a BMW recall. If Leith accepts responsibility and corrects the issue I will revise my review. The ball is in their court. ******UPDATE***** Leith continues to ignore safety and accept responsibility. The respone given after my first review is in total contradiction with BMW USA. I have a request for customer relations to contact me and send this denied claim. Until then I will continue to tell people my experience. One more item I never mentioned the first time. When I did get my car back ***I *** had to recode the the pinch protection for my windows. That means the battery was disconnected and a trickle charge was not set up or they just didn't bother. Lastly, I took pictures of the warnings on the Idrive. Just remember your Idrive records time and date which can be very handy. Did I mention it records the history too? Thank you to those reading my comments, and remember I still love my BMW. I just won't trade or sell until I know the car doors are safe.

I am very disappointed in my experience at this BMW location. I am not sure if they are under staffed but trying to schedule a drop off appointment cant be done with in a week. All I needed was an oil change only on my 19 BMW 440i an its sad I couldnt ve accommodated.

Purchased a BMW Performance Power Kit and not one soul at Leith BMW knew how to install it or knew that it actually existed. Told me that they did not install performance kits. How is it that BMW sale Performance Power Kits and a BMW dealer doesn't know how to install it or don't know that it exist. That's an embarrassment to tell that to a customer, as it deters customers from buying BMW products and services. Further, I tried calling the service manager, and never got a call back. Worst BMW service department I have yet to experience. All of these other comments that left Five Stars are on Google telling LIES about this BMW dealership. This comment is as real as it will get. Take your business elsewhere. Don't even waste your time.
