Stay away please. I bought Miele washer and dryer and adaptor, they shipped the machines to Houston and charged me 300$ For shipping. They forgot to shipped the adaptor The guy who delivered the machines was just a delivery person. We were in contact about 10 days for a service to install the machines but they never sent someone. Customer service is poor. I am happy with the machines because I know Miele, I have used before. But horrible store and customer service.

OBSESSED! I love ALL of my Miele appliances. Denise was a super pleasure to work with - her guys that came to deliver and install the appliances were so nice, so professional, so helpful, and just all around AMAZING. I would 100% work with HomeWerks again. Im already eyeing a few more things I want to add to our home.

Stay away. I bought a $2000 miele dishwasher. When it came time for servicing, I called three times. I spoke to three different people. I wasted my time. They lied to me and did everything to avoid coming to my house to service a very expensive appliance. I will also be contacting Miele USA to voice my dissatisfaction.
