From an unvalued customer, unfortunately like many companies that operate in this line of business. They promise the earth and deliver a joke service. They believe what they do is so technically advanced they cannot explain what they are doing, for what they charge. What I have learned from my awful 6b experience. Make sure from the offset that the brief you give them is absolutely water tight so when the product they supply is far short of the brief, you have all the evidence you require to take legal action. From my experience of 25 years in business this has been the worst business to business experience ever. They make yell sales people look good they are so underhand at 6b. I could go on and on but take this as a warning be extra careful doing business with them. UPDATE Following your public response, its a shame you were not as eager to sort the issues, well I was a customer of yours.
