Josh, So you have done business with us before and apparently we did a good job as you chose us again. Then you leave us a 1 star review with no chance to reconcile the situation? I responded to your review immediately including my cell to help you resolve this. ZERO RESPONSE FROM YOU? So we don't get a 5 star review on your first transaction that,, "was great" your words. Then hammer us? We are lucky to be busy all the time but we are far from perfect. On behalf of my entire staff we apologize for your less than perfect second experience.

Hmmm... I definitely done business with you as I'm sure I could go through my bank statements. The 1st interaction was great and when I tried to order products again there was a lot of back-and-forth and then silence. Even after trying to reach out numerous times I was ignored (I was also called after I left the 1 star review and was apologized to). But yes, we've definitely done business together.

This company is a very unprofessional and disappointing . When asked to make corrections they were difficult to deal with. As we tried to be patient and wait. The people that work at this facility are rude inconsiderate and have no self-respect for themselves nor the customers in the store. Their language is unacceptable for professional atmosphere. The timely service is unacceptable. The feeling of the orders always feels like an inconvenience. Abundance of patience is required to use this service if you ever intend to use this company be mindful you will wait a very long time or when you do get the order it will not be completed correctly.
