NOT RECOMMENDED. No customer service. Ordered and paid, told they would call when done. 10 pm they texted me and they didnt have the color t-shirts and told me to pick something else, no refund. One week later I called them because I didnt hear anything and they said they been sitting there, I asked why they didnt call and they said they dont call people. Received the shirts and they did not use the colors that I asked for. Im going to call the credit card company to claim the issue.
I decided to use this business to buy tshirts for my company. When I received my purchase I was extremely dissatisfied to see that it was made incorrectly. Poor customer service was given when I mentioned the mistake. I asked if they could remake or do anything since I was not satisfied with the product I received. I was told there was no remedy and would have to purchase again, although they clearly made the shirt incorrectly. Would have liked this to be resolved differently, maybe with more accountability / care from company to resolve issue. Wont be using their services again.

I was unhappy with the customer service. This guy did not do what I asked him and I already paid him In full. He whispered the whole time in a loud mall, making it very difficult for me to communicate with him. He also never showed me A NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE POLICY FLIER UNTIL AFTER I TOLD HIM I WANT A REFUND.
