I have visited Winsor Bishop twice just recently and have received some of the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. I bought all of my wedding jewellery and other items from here years ago and back then it was a fantastic experience, my have times have changed the staff are rude, unwelcoming and lack basic knowledge. If you want a fabulous jewellers who are knowledgeable, friendly and who will bend over backwards for you with excellent customer service skills then Zelleys on St Giles is the place to go, never again will I set foot in WB, if I could leave no stars I would.

Not a very friendly or helpful Rolex dealer, likes to run other Rolex dealers down if you bought from them. Leave well alone is my view.

This shop shouldn't be used for any online orders. People working here used to send orders uncorrectly using non official post services. They asked 100 pounds for the "high standart delivery". But actually nobody responsible for delivery after you payed for it. They offer you to find the parcel by yourself if it is stollen or lost. And it could be because they used unofficial delivery service with the tracking number they only could see! Not you! No documents. I was trying to get any papers about my purchase during 2 weeks. Just a copy of a cheque that I bought an item here! I guess it is the worst kind of a seller who tries to hide his unprofessionality by fooling a buyer after getting his money. UPD after this review the Winsor Bishop send me a letter asking to remove some things from this review. I have answered on this letter although they have written that they could not connect with me.
