Unfortunately the cell phone number we were given was the wrong one so when we attempted to contact you regarding your order, we could not get in touch with you. I also believe you ordered around Memorial Day Weekend and we did have special hours for the holiday. We apologize about the inconvenience but are glad your order was completed and you were happy with the products.

I love the quality of the shirts here but every time I purchase something, I have a hard time trying to pick it up.The prices of the retail are very inexpensive and I love the outcome, but I always have issues with the pick up. When I go, they have either closed early (I got there 4 hours before they closed) or they "had problems" regarding my order. Then when I call or email about it, they never get back with me. This has become very frustrating. If you want quality and don't mind being very flexible and patient, I couldn't suggest a better place.
I apologize that you feel that it is difficult to pick your product up and felt that we were rude, but we had communicated with you multiple times regarding your pick up time. We even rushed your order to get it to you prior to the original given due date. It takes an average of 10 business days to complete a custom order and we rushed yours to get it to you sooner per your request. We gave you a time that it would be finished twice and had no idea this time was a problem, because it was never brought to our attention as an issue. We take pride in our customer service and extended the offer to refund you since this deadline has become an issue for you. Again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Very difficult to pick your product up, once it is paid for. Weak customer service. Person who answered phone was abrupt and almost rude. Order somewhere else, online, next time!
I have a dress that used to be mine that I wanted re-embroidered with my daughters name. Finding a business who could do this was extremely difficult. I went to the Shirt Place on a whim, hoping they could help me. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She told me my project would be a bit of a challenge because the fabric was rather old, but it could be done in a week. I stopped into the store to pick up my item on the date that I had originally been given, but found that it was not ready. I was told that it should be finished very soon. My family and I were in the process of moving to a different state later that week, so I wanted to make sure my mongram was finished. Over the next few days, there was a lot of phone tag that went back and forth. There were a few occasions where I was told that I would receive a call back and did not. Eventually, I was called and told my item was ready. I was able to pick it up before we moved. Im happy with the quality of the monogram, and everyone I encountered was very nice, but I would have appreciated better time estimates and communication. Overall, I would recommend The Shirt Place for your monogram and embroidery needs, however I would advise that you give them ample time to work on your item(s).
