Fully cleaning service has not been answering my emails or taking my calls since we booked. Ive tried to be in contact constantly for over 2 weeks. Theyve never been in touch to cancel or change times or ask what Ive been phoning or emailing about. Im waiting at my property right now and theyre not here. I feel let down and disappointed.

Damage worth 200 incurred to our bathroom taps. A corrosive substance was used which as irreparably blackened the chrome. At first they apologised and agreed to pay the money. But the money never arrived and they stopped responding to my messages. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm not very happy about the service - first of all hasn't turned up and no explanation given. Difficult to get in touch with. Waste of my time. I don't recommend this service!
