I have been waiting for 6 replacement cards for 8 weeks. BHN told me that I should receive my replacement card within 3 to 4 weeks, BUT, none of the new cards have arrived. When I called the BHN customer service, the person couldnt tell me even if any of the cards had been sent or not. Long story short, BHN doesn't deserve even one STAR.

I am waiting, frustrated but patiently, for the $800 they owe me. It seems that the only way to get a response from this company is to leave a 1-star Google Review. I have submitted everything they've asked for, and yet I am getting the runaround. I have a case number, I have details. What I'm missing is my money.
