This Management Company is so unethical!! My family has lived at Garden Gate in PLANO, TX for over 5 yrs!! I now have a disabled child that has 3 seperate nurses that come and care for her. I have asked numerous times to be transferred to a first floor apt because of my childs dissabilities and all the equipmeeq we have for her..not only have they not done it they have asked to to pay extra transfer fee instead of accomodating us lime the law requires...they even towed one of the nurses car afyer they said she didnt need a pass to park in visitor parking....they said now she needs special permit by phone..so i went to get it and the mexican lady leasing agent was very rude and said no to me and started yelling at me!! I was soooo upset and offended and i started yelling back at her to lower her voice and the MANAGERS came out and called the police on me and now have told me i have to move out!!! RIGHT NOW I AM GOING TO GO TO THE CITY LIKE THE COP TOLD ME TO DO BECAUSE OF MY DISABLED CHILD AND I WILL REPORT THIS DISCRIMINATION TO TAA AS WELL AND I WONT STOP THERE I WILL CALL EVERY NEWS OUTLET I CAN REACH AND TELL THEM MY STORY.!! WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEES DO YALL HIRE TO LEAVE HOMELESS A MOTHER WITH HER DISABLED CHILD!!

Karren and cashena need to be investigated for law breaking these two have done. Months and months of failed communication. Someone please contact me. I have enough evidence to shut yall down. I have already filled out a form to get an audit for yall stealing money. The bbb and news outlets know of what kinds of issues that happened under bk multi family.

Aspen Place in Oklahoma City: Big spacey apartments, but the a/c isn't working and the water gets shut off everyday. Update: Every month since our lease began in March we keep getting notices on our door saying we owe $100, $200, $300, or $400 more than what our agreed upon rent says. We have met with office staff every single month and despite them saying the issue has been resolved every 5th of the month we keep getting notices. This place is a horrible, don't move here.
