BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We purchased a vehicle from M and F auto at the end of 2019 and it was the worst decision we ever made purchasing a vehicle! As soon as we bought the vehicle we immediately had to have it taken back into their service station to have exhaust problems and fuel injection problems repaired The Ignition also ended up having to be replaced. The tire pressure sensors all had to be replaced The wheel well lining for the truck blew off in the wind the first time we took it on the freeway everything was just bandage together to make it look nice!!!! From day one we experienced Repair after Repair after Repair after Repair the management team initially tried to blame the problem on us little did they know we had been videotaping the whole process of them working on the vehicle and documented all of our experiences with them. Once we threaten to get an attorney they finally fixed everything. How can it be our fault only owning the vehicle a day... Some of the repairs we actually had to take the vehicle to the Dodge dealership because MF auto weren't qualified to do the repairs as they told us... And after that we've had nothing but more problems with the vehicle taking it in numerous times to the dodge dealership and now we are having to have a full motor replacement on the vehicle.!!!! The truck was a lemon and I fully believe that this dealership knew it and that most of their vehicles are we fully regret doing business with this company! and would never recommend anyone doing business with them!!! I have different invoices and receipts from the dealership Showing that we've had numerous repairs on the vehicle we've only owned it a year and a 1/2 and we have put almost $7500 in repairs!!! Every time I mention this story to people I always get a couple who tell me they had a similar experience using this company. And when you go through their reviews on Google there's a lot of bad reviews save your money and go to a dealership!!!! M and F Auto is horrible!!!! *Update: After having the vehicle in the shop for 4 months and having 2 more engine replacements we tried to trade in the vehicle to another dealership in town who pulled up the carfax and we learned for the 1st time the vehicle has suffered severe vehicle damage around the entire vehicle carfax has labeled every panel and every side of the vehicle as severe damage. Initially when purchasing the vehicle we were never made aware of any vehicle damage besides a Dent in the back bumper and we were told the front headlight was replaced and in the carfax they provided us and we signed Shows very different from the carfax you can get from their website They lie and cheat their customers The dealership Didn't even want to accept a trade in because of the damage the vehicle suffered M and F auto lied to us and gave us copies of carfax that didn't show everything And then when I spoke with the owner they blame carfax for providing the wrong information what a joke!!!!!!! We also learned from the Toyota dealership that they've experienced problems with M and F auto's customers before on trade ins we were informed by Toyota that they have had more than one customer come in with salvaged titles from M and F auto and they were never made aware that the vehicle had a salvage title.!!! I have no way to prove it but right after purchasing the vehicle we also noticed that the odometer was spinning out of control I thought I was seeing things had to pull over immediately But it never happened again. I fully believe they had something to do with it! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy buy a vehicle from M & F Auto! They lie and cheat their customers! 2 motor replacements, exhaust problems, Ignition replacement, header replacement, and other replacements and repairs on the vehicle in the short amount of time we had it and was still having mechanical problems, Cost us over $15,000 in repairs and looses! Do yourselves a favour and find a real dealership that will treat you right!

Harland and Andres really helped me out when the bank wouldnt communicate with me at all. I really appreciate them. Edit: this car has been a piece of junk. yeah they got me a good deal but let me lay out the timeline. I bought a 2012 Subaru Forester on 1/4/21 I immediately got a check engine light (CEL) 7 days later for a O2 sensor. they wanted to charge me $400 to do it. I found the part for $70 and did it myself while it sat for 4 days. I drove it the night I fixed it and the next day it started to die on me. I dropped it off to them and the replaced the fuel pump and had it for a week. by the time I got it bac it was the last day of the 30 day warranty. a few weeks later I get a code for a Catalytic Converter. I get that fixed for $200 which is on the cheap end. A couple weeks later I get a code for a cylinder 2 misfire. I spend $300 on a new ignition coil and spark plugs. It also has a valve cover gasket leak which makes the cylinder 2 misfire come back. then today 4/2/21 I get a code for starter switch circuit low. I have done the repairs myself which has saved me money and each time a new issue comes back. I have a motorcycle or I would be totally screwed. This car has broken down more on me in the past 3 months than any other car I have ever had and its the newest one I've had. if you want a cheap deal but pay it back all in repairs and are constantly stuck without transportation be more than happy to get a car from them.

If you're in search of much need of a vehicle let me say M&F is truly the place to go. The salesman and financial department comes together and and make sure you'll be in whatever you have your sight set on... No hassle, no long wait. In and out same day, walked in drove away. They really are a piece of work with maintenance. If ur from out of town and plan on never visiting them again I think itd be a decent place to buy a car. But if ur expecting them to uphold their warranty services take a seat.
