Hi Linn, Depending on the type and amount of film you have, this maybe the appropriate duration. 50 feet of 8mm/Super8 film equals 3-4 minutes of footage, for 16mm film 50 feet equals about a minute and a half of footage. Big ripoff They charged me $111.00 which I had to pay upfront but when I got my movies back there was only 15 minutes of film for me to watch.

Hi Tina, I'm sorry to hear that we could not digitize your tapes. Our policy on tapes with mold in them is due to the fact that the mold gets into our equipment and can spread to other customer's tapes. There are conversion companies that are able to digitize tapes with mold in them, this is just our policy. We would not have charged you for this, if there are any remaining charges yet to be refunded please contact us.

They didnt even try to transfer my VHS to DVD. They told me the tape had mold which in fact was a lie. I ended up finding a place in Houston tx that did exactly what needed to be done and mold WAS NOT AN ISSUE.

Tapes were uploaded completely random, despite being clearly numbered. Title of digital copies were very random, not uniform which meant they have to be manually renamed to get them in order. Aspect ratio on about half of the 50 tapes were incorrect, so some were too tall and skinny, and some were too short and fat which distorts all the images. Update; They corrected all the issues I had and re-did all that were needed. Now I'm quite satisfied. Thanks iMemories!

Not too crazy about their "editing capabilities" my 8mm films especially.Need more clarity as promoted and contrast. Website not very friendly. I have been searching to download mystuff on to a flash drive and ca,t find a page to capture all in on shot ??? Of course I am old and do not master all techniques.
