DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$! This company took my money and will not refund my $1400. I caught Covid and am not supposed to travel! I called to get a refund and the customer service told me I HOPE YOU DONT DIE!!! Then proceeds to tell me that Delta must refund me. After speaking with you several managers they convinced me that delta will refund me. Delta who was very helpful!!! Told me that they cant even identify my ticket amount and that its orbitz responsibility to refund me. After 5 hours on the phone with Orbitz I still have no refund! I guess they want me to fly with Covid!!! Because I can still make my flight and I refuse to lose $1400! I hope for their sake that I dont infect the entire plane! If I dont hear from corporate before 3p on Dec 20th I will unfortunately be putting others at risk because of their ignorance. Who has $1400 to just give away during the holiday season and during a pandemic???!!!
I run a hotel and must say that expedia group is a horrible company to deal with. Their customer service is the worst. If it's not about them making more money they are no help at all. They will screw every partner they have and can really care less about their partners and customers. They are supposed to be in the hospitality industry but wouldn't last a day running a hotel of their own. USE BOOKING.COM SITES!
WORST! Horrible customer service. I have airlines credits of 700$ and its next to impossible to use it. I will NEVER be using expedia again and will actively dissuade my friends and family from using expedia as well. Horrible horrible customer service with wait times of 4+ hours, and even then, extremely unhelpful service. Dont make your life miserable by using expedia! Youre better off with other companies that offer similar pricing and offerings. Expedia, you just lost a long-time customer.
