The sizes and quantity that you took with you matched your proof you approved & sizes you ordered with us. We asked if you could bring the shirts back in so we could see them, however you hung up on us. I ordered shirts for my company and after handing a few out to employees I noticed that most were 3x and 2x. I did order those sizes but I also ordered XL , L and Medium. Out of 24 shirts ordered18 were 2X and 3X 1 shirts was a kid's small for my daughter wich left 5 shirts for all of the Xl, L and Medium. The shirts were supposed to be split up in sizes but they weren't. I called and talked to Cheyenne and after her talking to her boss she said I had to bring the complete order back. I tried to explain that I had handed a few shirts outand couldn't bring the whole order back and she said she needed the complete order. Wouldn't me bringing the 18 2X AND 3X show that the order was wrong? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Hi Tammy. Thank you for your opinion. After reviewing your order, we did 100% what you wanted & approved on your shirts. The text you picked out is an Old English font as you know. This is not a nice & crisp font as you saw on our stitch board when you picked that font. To clarify, after reviewing our recorded audio of your conversation with our staff, we did not say too bad go get a patch. Our recommendation was to do a patch to cover the text, this would be your best option to make your shirts look the best as possible. I know we already have called you to ask you what we could do to make you happy, if anything changes per our conversation, please let us know. The last thing we want to do is have any of our customers upset over a logo & want each customer to have a 5 star experience in our store & with our work.
