KOMPLETNE DNO! Od prawie dwóch lat nie jesteśmy w stanie dowiedzieć się czegokolwiek w naszej sprawie, ponieważ nikt z osób poniżej wymienionych nie odbiera telefonów, nie odpowiada na pozostawiane wiadomości z prośbą o kontakt. JEDYNĄ osobą która zawsze odbiera telefon jest Pani Małgorzata, która ma najszczersze chęci ale niestety nie jest w stanie nam pomóc, ponieważ nie zajmuje się naszą sprawą. Wiemy tylko tyle, że nasza sprawa od początku jest przekazywana z rąk do rąk, Pani Dawn Porter - zero kontaktu, Pan Andrew Harris (team leader) - zero kontaktu, Pan Mohammed - zero kontaktu (właśnie dowiedzieliśmy się że już nie pracuje a jako ostatni zajmował się naszą sprawą). Absurdalne podejście do klienta, niewytłumaczalny kompletny brak szacunku. Nieprawdopodobny brak profesjonalizmu. To Wy Slater and Gordon dzwoniliście zaraz po wypadku do męża oferując pomoc i zajęcie się sprawą, zaufaliśmy Wam! Od dwóch lat nie robicie kompletnie nic! Jesteście najgorszą firmą z jaką kiedykolwiek mieliśmy do czynienia. Wstyd! Ps.Dear Katherine, You "forwarded my concerns"? Are you joking me? "Concerns"? Don't be funny! We are unprofitable clients so nobody care and you leave this answer under all 1 star reviews.

Took over 2 years for a small car accident that was literally filmed via cctv and still only gave the bare minimum costs of the damages nothing else and would not increase it any further, wasted so much time transferring calls between agents, I was once asked to fill the exact form over 6 times until finally I was able to get through to them via the phone one day to sort the form issue (which also took forever), would seriously recommend even accepting the loss than wasting time with this company

Mia was perfect, it was a long yet painless process for me to start my claim. She was professional and it was good that she would keep the call engaging so that I wouldnt be bored for two hours answering questionsJust from 1 phone call with Mia I could already tell that slater and Gordon lawyers was the best choice!
