Unfortunately this reviewer has not paid us since 2012. We had generously continued to pay his annual domain renewal and his monthly website hosting for the past 6 years. When the cost exceeded 1k we regretfully decided to remove him from our portfolio. Brainjar has worked so hard to earn over 50 5-star reviews over the past 8 years, this review is disappointing and we feel it does not reflect our exceptional service to clients who pay us.
