This is a marketing scam, dont use them. They may have been good in the past but I placed my order in January and still dont have functioning shades. Very poor design team and customer service.

First of all Im happy with the products I got but the whole experience wasnt so great. So it started a few months back when I moved into my new house and it needed shades. We met with Lisa briefly and started the process. Often times she doesnt respond to any of our emails and I had to call the customer services number to chase her down to finalize the quote/payment etc. And then the guy who came to measure all the windows missed some measurements so I had to be on the phone with her to re-measure a big window and of course when the products came it was off. (I regret doing that but if I wanted the measurement guy to come back I had to push back the schedule by a month). And then the installation guy came. I feel quite sorry for him because he clearly hated his job so much that he didnt want to talk to us at all. The joy for him was when we realized the measurement was off for that window. He put all the shades on and then i found out I couldnt open any of the windows, so I told him that and wanted to discuss what could be done to fix it. Now he hated his job even more and told me impatiently that the only thing I can do is to move it out a bit so he quickly reinstalled the problematic ones. After the job is done he left quickly and left me all the big packing boxes to deal with. It will probably take me a few months to put all those boxes into the blue bin for LADWP to pick up. So good solid products, worst customer services I had. I hope your customer services will be on par with your products one day.

We had some shades installed from the Shade Store. It was a so so experience and I cant recommend them. It started off well. We liked the selection and the price seemed justified for the quality of product and service. Our sales person was great. Gent came over to measure all the windows. Unfortunately they made one of the shades the wrong size. Rather than taking the shade they left it and customer support rep asked us to bring it to UPS. The rep gave attitude when we asked for a pickup. It took way to many calls for us to resolve their mistake. Our sales person stepped in and we did get proper shade. Another issue was the installer put the safety hooks for the chains in a position where the windows could not be opened/closed. It was pretty obvious by his speed that he does this all day and the mistake was on every window. We now have holes where the hooks were. Very careless and my home is damaged for it. Net/net it is called the Shade Store and all they do is shades and curtains. I expect them to do it well. They didnt make a shade right and had an install issue an all of them. The actual product is high quality thus the 3 stars. We informed our sales rep of our issues and they were gracious, none of the problems were her fault, and she said she would inform management. I waited a month or two to hear back and never did.
