Actually no stars, they dont even deserve one star. Unprofessional. Staff badly irresponsible. Takes forever to order (not even order yet because she does not respond) Waited patiently but decided to find other store. Huge wasting time! Think they dont want to make money. Dont use this store. NEVER!!!

I had such a great experience with The Shade Store. Mary, my contact there, was super helpful while I chose fabrics and decided on which type of shade to go with. You cant go wrong with any of their fabrics, theyre all so beautiful. And John, who installed my Roman shades, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We couldnt be happier!

I had an amazing experience with the Shade Store from start to finish. I got quotes from many different companies and after meeting with Alexander Rietveld I knew who to work with on my shade project. He was very knowledgeable upfront honest and a delight to work with. OMG I can't thank Alex enough for everything he did to make this whole experience worthwhile. I was so unhappy with my first experience and he made it right, honestly that is an understatement. He made it perfect. He picked out the most perfect shades for my family room (after I was so unhappy with the first job with another rep). He took one look at the windows during a zoom and knew exactly what to choose. I was so happy with him that we decided to use the Shade Store again for our drapes in our living room, again picking the most perfect shade, look and feel. I trusted him and I loved working with him. Do yourself a favor and ask for Alexander Rietveld, he is THE BEST!!! And a pleasure to work with.
