If i can give ZERO stars i would. Had to get some clothes for my kids' school, made an order at the end of August, it is now early April and we still have not received everything. No communication (unless you email them), just a generic mass email saying that they are delayed with no time frame of actual delivery, but of course, they have our money and have had our money for SEVEN MONTHS!!! UPDATE: I emailed Merry Mart last Sunday, and coincidentally, my order was sent out on Monday (the very next day). I returned the clothes that they sent me, and i emailed the school and told them about this ridiculous situation. I jumped through more hoops, went to the post office and returned their package, and NOW they tell me that because it has been soooo long since the order was created they cannot give me a refund on my credit card, they can give me store credit (NO CHANCE IN HELL am i going back to the store again unless i have no other choice) or i can drive to the store to get my money back. I think they just try to wear people down until Merry Mart just gets to keep your money.
I ordered uniforms in August and finally received my last item .. Mar 1!! I also visited their store in October only to find out that I had to remain by the register while they shopped for me. Hours are limited and very low staff, I dont understand how they are the main provider of uniform for private schools around here. Their service is terrible and they don't respect their customers as evident how they don't let us browse or ship inside their store.
I ordered in august, its February and my kids are still waiting for their uniforms! Its ridiculous.. of course we have paid full price and they arent cheap at all no apologies from them, nothing. If only I was alone but no! Most moms who ordered in august did not receive their order yet. Unacceptable. As PTA mom Im trying to convince my school to quit working with them, they really dont deserve us as customers.
