I am an LPN and have worked closely with Care Connection nurses, therapist, social workers and chaplains in the past while managing a Memory Care unit and also as a shift supervisor in a long term care facility. They have always been professional, informative, ready to help where and when necessary working well with the nursing home staff. I have used them for my mother's need in the past years for home health services and never experienced a bit of trouble. Therapy was used at home and nursing. I am once again using their services again for my mother. Erin is an exceptional nurse. She won my mother over in an instant by making her feel secure and important as a person. I will continue to use Care Connection in the future and I recommend them to other's who are in need of finding the right Home Care Services for themselves or their loved ones.

Ive had them for close to 3 months now and have not had a good experience in the beginning when i was released from the hospital i had numerous different nurses i finally have a regular nurse but there are issuses with her as well especially with scheduling and other issues

Our nurses Annie and Jodi are wonderful! Such a relief knowing my mom has such good care. Annie has gone above and beyond in working with my mom and helping us with unanswered questions.
