Hi Theresa, we are sorry to hear that you did not receive an exceptional experience at your last visit. If there are additional details you are willing to share with us, such as the date and time of your visit, please contact us directly at: [email protected]
This hospital has gone down hill. Went in walked up to desk was not asked why are you or even a hello was told there's a five hour wait. And this was from a nurse who once took care of me in the back. Once she left another nurse came out and was so rude to everyone. When I got in the back the Dr was nice but I know she was acting on a report I made about another Dr. Very sad
We understand some individuals are not able to receive a COVID vaccination, so the visitation guidelines at our website provide an alternative of presenting proof of a negative COVID PCR or Antigen test from a healthcare facility or lab within 72 hours of the visit. This documentation, along with masking and social distancing, continue to ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and visitors. For more information, please visit: https://www.garnethealth.org/patients-visitors/visitation
I'm a Trans veteran with a rare glandular issue that prevented me from getting a vaccine. I came in uniform to see my gigi in the hospital. the receptionist was very rude and gave me a disgusted look. She asked me for my vaccine card and when I explained my condition she had the audacity to laugh. I was so hurt that my sacrifice was so meaningless to her. The security escorted me out. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES PLEASE KEEP AWAH FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.
Hi Carlye, thank you for your review, can you please email us at [email protected] - and let us know at which location (campus) this occurred, the patient name, patient date of birth, and any other information you'd be willing to share. Thank you.
We asked multiple nurses and doctors to make my grandma a DNR to respect her and my families wishes. Every-time we were blown off and never able to fill out the paperwork. Not only is that illegal but also morally wrong. Code status/patient advocacy should be #1 on the priority, but I guess not here.
