I was excited to be able to order from your website, which was straight forward, however, your delivery services was dismissal, because they did not turn up but claimed to have tried. I raised this issue with your customer service, who promised to refund my money once the goods have been retuned to your warehouse. There is no process to known that this has been and two weeks on, I have not received my refund Therefore, i won't be ordering from your site if delivery service is not sorted out and lack of timely communication is disappointing

absolutely brilliant parcels are always a lovely surprise quick turn around on deliveries and some absolute bargains but if you contact customer services they don't seem to want to know about a parcel damaged as it wasn't packed correctly

Not overly cheap for some items considering the dates, and definitely struggled to fined enough items to meet to baskets price of 22.50 because of choice, not sure I will be able to use often due to that
