We have since perfected the machine and can assure you if you try us again, you will be extremely happy with our service and product.

I went to Big Frog a week ago to get 5 shirts printed up I was told they would be done in less than 3 days. They sent me a preview of the shirts based off of the text I had sent them in an e-mail and at least 3 words were spelled wrong and the preview was different than what we had discussed. So I had to e-mail them back about the shirts and was told they would be done by wednesday. Then wednesday I called only to be told they were having problems with their machine and that they would be done friday. Now we are here and it is monday and they just told us that they hope to have them done by this wednesday. Seriously!?! We will not be returning here or ever recommending this shop to anyone!
There are better options online. The shirts aren't very good and the quality of the printing is also not very good. These shirts are fine for teams and things like that but not for serious companies. If you need something really fast and cheap then this is it, but if you have time and some extra money then I would recommend spreadshirt.
Mat did an excellent and amazing job with the products I chose. His attention to detail helped with making my shirts even better than I anticipated. Keep up the great customer service Mat!!!!
We started using them about 2 yrs ago. The 1st guy that helped us was great but he wasn't there long ago our initial order and since then we have never gotten an order on time. Our shirt had to be special ordered so I get it would take a little longer than using stock they have in the store but we never got our shirts on the day they were promised; it was always delay several days if not a week or 2 after. The only reason I kept reordering shirts was because they had all of our information and it was easy to re order; I didn't want to go through the hassle of starting with another company. But today I called to reorder and they didn't have our file anymore; we had to start from scratch. So I figured if I have to start over I would do it with a different company!
