We are terribly sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your service. We strive to make every patient experience an exceptional one, but unfortunately sometimes things can happen that are outside of our control. For certain insurance plans, we are required by contract to use specific insurance labs to have the lenses made. These labs can be quite busy, particularly around the holidays, and if there are any delays that arise from quality inspections, holiday closures, or inclement weather, it can delay the process. We certainly would never intentionally release a pair of glasses to a patient that had a scratched or ill-fitting lens, so unfortunately those delays were unavoidable in this instance. Additionally, we apologize for the non-branded, lab-provided eyeglass case you received today. All frames that we provide absolutely come with a corresponding branded case, and often a cloth (sometimes two!). Cases and frames are provided to us as a set by the manufacturer, so because there was no frame purchase, there was simply no branded case to give. For this reason, we often encourage patients to leave their existing cases here when we exchange lenses for them, so the glasses have a safe place for storage until they are picked up. Again, we are terribly sorry about the delays you experienced, and sincerely hope you will give us a chance to provide you with an exceptional experience the next time you are in need of eyeglasses and a comprehensive eye exam. I did the eye exam and purchased lenses (to put in my old frame) here. The doctor is wonderful. He checked my eyes very carefully and professionally. The reason that I have to subtract 1 star is the fact that I waited a whole month to finally get my new glasses. Because I didn't purchase a frame there, they just measured my frame dimension without requiring my current glass. However, it turns out that was a big mistake, because the new lenses didn't fit well my frame after two weeks waiting. They had to send the lenses together my frames back to their lab. After another two weeks, I called to check whether my frames arrived and they told me that there was a scratch when they received it and they sent it back. This way, I wait another week to finally get my glasses. They don't even gift you a case with cloth.
