Loved this shop a lot but Im a little disappointed in how the exchange/return policy works. You only get store credit back for everything including exchanges. I bought a dress during a sale and just needed an exchange but they didnt allow me to get the same dress since I only had enough credit for the sale price I also had to pay $7 for the return label. Its a little ridiculous not being able to exchange for a different size if you buy something on sale.

Horrible return policy. Only in store credit. Sizing is way off and for each item its different sizing so you will order the wrong size and then wont be able to return it

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! I purchased 3 dresses, they were sent to me and nothing fit right so I returned them. THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! 1-Their return policy is not easily found on their website. 2- What other company in 2022 doesnt let you return products that dont work for you and not give you your money back. Needless to say now Im stuck with a $160 gift card I will never use on these cheaply made, over priced (because they are so cheaply made) clothes. I will not be referring anyone to shop at One Loved Babe.
