They Don't Do QR Codes for shipping return labels! Too bad. Fedex is a leader in package tracking technology - you'd think their pick-up points (such as Pack & Ship) would be somewhere close to "up-to-date"

Just signed up for a mailbox for business. Owner Donna was fast, efficient, and friendly in getting me squared away. Saw a review with a complaint about limited Saturday hours. Would suggest the writer consider the extreme labor shortage in the US broadly and certainly in Sedona. I'm a small business owner and know all too well how hard it is to find good staff. Everywhere you turn businesses are facing reduced hours and/or long lead times. A little bit of grace will go a long way today.
