Webroot somehow took over a service agreement that we had with Best Buy (geek squad) expired a long time ago. We keep getting charged from Webroot on our credit card. When we call webroot a rude custom service rep will give us the runaround and directs the call to Best Buy. Webroot's website has no contact information. Feels like we're stuck in a scam
This company rated my site as suspicious, when actually, and according to them, its just not popular. My site is 4 months old, and Im a small business, in a small town, and Ive already put myself on page one. You should be ashamed of yourselves for damaging sites using this metric. LOW TRAFFIC DOESNT EQUAL MALICIOUS INTENT! Do some actual research before you affect someones business in such a negative way!
I have used Webroot's anti-virus for several years. It seems to work. But if you need help, such as activating the software on a 2nd computer, or activating it on you phone, their tech support is awful. You have to wait forever and chances are you will be transferred to Best Buy's Geek Squad. I'm switching to a different anti-virus provider. Why don't good companies support their customers?
