This company rated my site as suspicious, when actually, and according to them, its just not popular. My site is 4 months old, and Im a small business, in a small town, and Ive already put myself on page one. You should be ashamed of yourselves for damaging sites using this metric. LOW TRAFFIC DOESNT EQUAL MALICIOUS INTENT! Do some actual research before you affect someones business in such a negative way!
0 stars, how dare webroot ask for payment after I already purchased their product or should I say rented,it for two years ( quite the rip off in it self ) and then, I attempted to activate this product and use the product code on the bottom of the card which was in the box, for an item which was paid for in (full)!!!!!!!!!!!!! and keep going through the steps which they programed at the end of every attempt to install what I paid for (WEBROOT) demands that I pay again, what kind of rip off is this? I have you address expect to make a refund sense best buy does not endorse your products with a customer satisfaction refund, typical of a poor product, with poor support and user friendly programming.
Okay, kind of biased because I work here but I think this company rocks. Great products, great business model, wonderful leadership and people, and a bright future. One of the very best places I've ever worked.
Webroot somehow took over a service agreement that we had with Best Buy (geek squad) expired a long time ago. We keep getting charged from Webroot on our credit card. When we call webroot a rude custom service rep will give us the runaround and directs the call to Best Buy. Webroot's website has no contact information. Feels like we're stuck in a scam
